Prices are net and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to alteration without notice.
Orders placed on our website are held on our system ready for processing by our sales department during normal working hours. All credit and debit card transactions are processed by ‘Stripe’ or ‘WorldPay’. No credit card information is kept by FM Church Supplies Ltd.
Delivery charges quoted are for delivery to UK Mainland only. Please contact us for carriage prices to the rest of the world. Free delivery within 30 miles of our showroom in Birstall, West Yorkshire only applies to orders of £30 and over. Orders under £30 will carry an additional delivery charge. Delivery will be attempted once. If we cannot deliver a re-delivery charge will be made.
Damaged goods must be reported by 12pm the day after receipt of goods. Claims after this time will not be accepted. Please not we do not provide damage compensation for any glass item including, but not exclusive to, bottles/cases of wine. For orders of wine which need to be shipped with a courier we recommend 10 Litre boxes of wine and not cases of wine glass bottles. Please keep all packaging for inspection in cases of damage. We will be happy to reimburse return carriage costs in cases where the goods are damaged (except glass), faulty or incorrect. However please confirm to us your intention to return goods before sending, as in many cases we can arrange for collection of the item from you, by our carrier, who will return the goods to us. For goods ordered for delivery overseas (outside the UK Mainland) we do not pay for the cost of returning the goods to us. This cost must be met by the consumer.
Returns of incorrectly ordered goods or goods no longer required must be agreed with FM Church Supplies before return (at your expense). Items must be returned in an unused and fully re-saleable condition. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully a re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. We also reserve the right not to accept returns of non-faulty, correctly supplied goods. We do not accept return of fabric, fringe or braids once cut. Please include your account and invoice or delivery note numbers in the parcel, plus a note stating the reason for the return. Sale goods are not returnable.

Our professional and friendly sales team are on hand for help and advice on any purchase or prospective purchase you may be looking to make and will be happy to answer any queries that you may have. They will also be pleased to advise on current stock availability of all our products. And remember if you do not see what you are looking for, please ask as we may be able to get it for you.

We do not offer credit. If required, we will invoice most churches and schools. Once payment is received goods will be sent. We do not send goods prior to payment.
From time to time we show comparisons of our prices against other church suppliers. Wherever possible we use identical, same brand products. Where it is not possible to use identical products we use the relevant company's own brand or nearest product for comparison purposes. Our prices are compared to the standard retail price and do not include sales, promotions, multi-buy discounts or any other sales promotion price. If on the very rare occasion we make a mistake, we apologise unreservedly and once it is brought to our attention we will correct our error. Please use our comparison prices only as a guide. Check the prices yourself-you may be surprised!
